Formulate the signing activities propose of the

“Global Symbiosis Convention”

人类正在经由智慧之爱，到爱之智慧，由自然公义，到约定公义，由轴心时代，向共生时代的历史跃迁！

Symbiosism, the rising of a New Era, historically leaping forward from the Axial Age to the Symbiotic Age; from the natural justice, to the contractual justice；from the Love of Wisdom to the Wisdom of Love!

走过“自然世”（Naturaropoene）的地球生灵，正遭遇着工商文明高昂成本的超主权、超地缘、超文明的“人类世”（Anthropocene）新问题。为了避免“第六次大灭绝”的命运降临，国际社会亟需直面当代问题的哲学对话，以全新的思维方式和价值取向迈进“地球世”（Earthropoene）。

After gone through the “Naturaropoene”, creatures of our planet is facing new challenges and problems from Supranationalism, Geopolitic and super civilization which are causing by high cost of industrial and commercial civilization; we, who are in the “Anthropocene”, are urgently needed a completely new way of thinking to guide us to the “Earthropoene”，To avoid the fate of the “Sixth mass extinction”。

生命之源，共生一体。

The source of life is the symbiotic unity.

那么，从我们，到地球公民：超越資本主義、民族主義和社會主義资源分配的专制（壟斷或操纵），走向“生生不息”伙伴关系的共生范式，勢在必行！

Thus, from us, to the Earthlings: It is imperative to move beyond the dictatorship of resource allocation, from the capitalist, nationalist and socialist paradigms to a “live and let live” partnership of Symbiosism.

鉴于日本、加拿大、德国、印度、南非、巴西等新兴国家，都想加入联合国安理会非常任理事国，然而，五常出于保全自己的特权需要，都必反对。但是今日，面对当年在炮火中誕生的UN安理会设置至今，从未真正有效保障世界和平这一事实——这樣的僵局，必须有新办法新机制来解决！

Given that emerging countries such as Japan, Canada, Germany, India, South Africa, Brazil all want to join non-permanent members of the UN Security Council, however, the “permanent member 5” need to preserve their own privileges. But today, in the face of the UN Security Council that was born in the artillery fire, it has never really effectively guaranteed the fact of world peace ——, there must be new ways and new mechanisms to solve!

如何破局？这是一个問題。

How to break the game? This is a problem.

为此，我们发起如下动议：

To this end, we initiate the following motion：

从加拿大、新西兰、日本、新加坡、印度、德国、巴西、南非、土耳其、瑞士等國開始，抓緊发啓一項《全球共生公约》簽名活動。

Starting from Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, India, Germany, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey, Switzerland and other countries, a global symbiosis Convention signature activity。

1、树立“地球公民”意识

Establish the awareness of “earth citizen”

2、避免自我中心反对侵略戰爭

Avoid being self-centered fight against the war of aggression

3、推動“聯合國改革”，建立新的和平机制

Promote the “UN reform” and establish a new peace mechanism

4、超越現行東西、左右、官民、劳资互害的對抗性、斗争性思維

Beyond the current east and west, left and right, officials and people, labor and capital mutual harm of confrontation, struggle thinking

5、倾听年轻人、弱势群体、跨国企业领袖和良智者的呼声

Listen to the voices of young people, the disadvantaged, multinational business leaders and besutiful minder

6、突出“小即是美”的國家在大國博弈中的仲裁式话語权

Highlight the speak arbitration power of state of “small is beautiful”  in the game of great powers

7、進一步彰显一切历史皆为思想史的常识

Further highlight that all history is the common sense of mind history

8、超越民族主义、资本主义、社会主义，引領地球公民創新生活方式——进入全球共生状態

Beyond nationalism, capitalism, socialism, leading the earth’s citizens to innovate the way of life —— into a state of global symbiosism
