题记：因真理，得自由，行公义，以共生。2024年三位美国诺贝尔经济学奖得主的意义，在于揭示了人类从支配性主客对立同一的攫取型制序，到参与性交互主体共生（Intersubjective Symbiosism）制序的新世界格局，势在必行！也就是说，人类行为交互共生，就是“大是”，是文明；不能交互共生，就是“大非”，是野蛮——共生，是当代人类践行真理的价值圭臬，是文明的活的灵魂，是追寻可能世界的不竭动力。

10月31日至11月6日，我应朋友之约，特地到美国感受大选氛围和美国辽阔峻美的西部世界。可谓惊心动魄，途经US 191,Blanding,UT 84511路段时，车子突然滑向了路边，直至车屁股撞到标示私人领地的铁丝网桩上才停下来，全靠上帝保佑，避免了灾难性后果——那就无缘见证2024美国大选日的最后辉煌！

中途接到《天时周刊》总编辑的约稿，大选日凌晨，我在Bryce Motel写下一段文字《超越小圈子，彰显大格局》，这意味着我心中笃定Trump会胜选。但奇怪的是，5号23点后Trump胜选基本无悬念，当我正在写作时，电脑突然黑屏了，我就只好停下来，继续观看选情，也想听听Trump在海湖庄园对再次把他送进白宫的选民说些什么？

2024年11月5日美国大选当日凌晨，我在拉斯维加斯非常明确写下：美国总统“有大格局”，就是：无论谁在当日当选，哈里斯或川普，都不要做“精致的胆小鬼”！从2024美国大选中几个关键性竞争议题看，所谓的非法移民、多性别及堕胎选择权、俄乌战争、哈以冲突、产业结构、税收福利政策等等，不是“我们人民”的美国宪政立国自律-自由之本问题，也不是美式民主（程序正义）的问题，更不是公民参与的热忱问题，而是候选人及选民和全世界关注美国大选者的世界观价值观格局的大小问题，也就是美利坚这块造物主应许之地的人们，对世界新秩序的Mission自觉，及其Action是否赋有足够的果敢智慧？！

一句话，当今之时，化解冲突重建世界新秩序——人类生活方式的创新与再选择，不可能仰赖寄望于任何“精明的胆小鬼”！

因为美国总统赋有一大使命，就是帮助这个世界从野蛮（攫取特权）转变为文明（互利共生）。他们不应拘泥于，为了竞选而围绕那些鸡零狗碎斤斤计较的事情上，而是要解决我们时代最关键问题。就是说，这个世界的最关键问题，与美国自身的问题正相关。

比如美国“非法移民”问题的背后，是这世界上还存在人民无法安居乐业发挥生命自组织力与外连接力的攫取型野蛮之地——在那些冒充国家政府的准国家政府、那些冒充政党政治的黑帮团伙的压迫剥削下，要么逼上梁山，要么背井离乡！

这道理很简单，设若解决了这种根源性问题，人们在其本土生活得自由自在，谁愿意成群结队离开自己的故土？哪还有什么“走线”“非法移民”对美国的骚扰呢？诚然，野蛮之地的人民自己要组织起来反抗、纾困，这叫“内生性逻辑”，如最近孟加拉、阿根廷的和平改变。但如果特权团伙势力过大，工具（含AI）手段太过野蛮，社会流动完全固化，人民完全陷入可怜的犬儒逐利、戾气冲天而又只能躺平以对，那么，改变野蛮姿态的方式，就必须通过文明的力量，即“制度外部性法则”来强有力地推动！

这不仅是当代美国总统的使命，也是美国的最大利益所在，比如被“非法移民”，现行“单纯经济全球化”产业转移造成“铁锈带”所困！

再比如经济问题，在美国无论是川普的减税或哈里斯的增税，他们都不可能自行其是，没有参众两院表决，他们谁也不能任意命令美联储加息或减息，他们更不能任命50个州的州长，而且，美国投资界有一句谚语：“任何一个坐在白宫的人，对投资市场的影响都是微乎其微的”！

虽然，美国总统的言论也确实不能小觑，比如川普（可能深谙人们多半势利眼），他这一年多嘴上反反复复耍的小花招，就很有趣很管用，分别吓得欧洲各国加大加深援助乌克兰，吓得ROC台湾抓紧购买和自造武器武装自己，日本等国大幅提高国防支出的GDP占比，俄罗斯要胁猪队友抱团取暖，PRC当局一边刺激经济一边变调向美示好，“非法移民”开始自律，也许还能促使拜登下野前（不管谁当选），会有惊世的收官之举……所以，美国总统竞选时无论说得如何天花乱坠，也难以撼动美国经济增长的内生逻辑和路径依赖（自由市场、健全法治、社区自治、科技昌明），说白了单从本土经济效率上做文章，无论他们四年任期怎么努力，都很难有大作为。

但是，美国经济在“外生法则”上，总统只要有足够的胆识，“以外带内”是大有作为的。这可是有先例的，如威尔逊总统果断参加一战，打出了一批文明国家，世界自由市场容量一夜扩容，美国经济也迅速腾飞。小罗斯福机智而果断参与二战，又打出一大批文明国家，特别是战后对德国、日本政治经济的成功改造和扶持，使世界自由市场有更大扩容，不但美国经济迅猛腾飞，美元成为世界经济发展的杠杆和保障，而且带动了一大批邓小平说的“凡是跟美国好的国家，都富裕了”（1979年访美在飞机上答李慎之问）。

这道理也很简单，共生经济学（Symbionomics）认为，“自由市场的容量和质差的改善与地缘贸易摩擦和冲突的减少”成反比例关系，目前的强国“以外生性带动内生性”，帮助“攫取型野蛮之地”的国家和国民，转变成“互利共生型文明之地”的国家和国民，政治经济上就自然获得“降本赋能”的自生力——生命自组织力与外连接平衡力，不仅能让自身经济呈几何级增长，而且是从根本上消除“非法经济”（如毒品）和“非法移民”的出路。许多人在胡扯川普总统是“逆全球化”，其实他要的是更具体的双边、多边谈判（甚至不惜以“加关税”的方式“促谈判”，用“以战终战”的方式“谈出和平共处”）下，实行产业链、供应链、价值链趋势下的“零关税、零壁垒、零歧视”的全球化，比如他45任总统期间签署的“美加墨自由贸易协定”就是范例。

Trump在胜选感言中说了，“我已不在乎谁喜欢我，谁讨厌我，我有更重要的事要做，如果你爱我我也爱你，如果你支持我，我也支持你，如果你讨厌我，我不在乎，无论有没有你，生活都会继续！我已经不再年轻。”(“I’m too old to worry about who likes me and who dislikes me. I have more important things to do. If you love me, I love you. If you support me, I support you. If you hate me, I don’t care. Life goes on with or without you.”)。

这样的定位明晰而堅定，再次任灯塔國總統必会大干一场！

有德国朋友读到《大格局》小文说：“你（指川普）不是完美的人，但你的职务是世界上最重要的，强大和敢于作为的美国是世界和平的保障”。是的，四年前我特地写了Trumpism（川普主义）、Trumpnomics（川普经济学）等系列文章（发表在温哥华《高度周刊》），而且，川普离开白宫的当天，我写了《Trump总统的三大政治遗产（理念和领导力）——写于川普第一任总统离任日》（全球共生网 http://symbiosism.com.cn/5659.html）。

说到这里，我不得不说，如果说45任总统时，Trump履职得失参半，但必须承认，其“失”的部分多半被看似软弱实则精明的拜登总统给弥合了，相信Trump四年前先离开白宫，也是神的安排，让他有机会对自己担任公职的言行与美国的当代使命进行反思，其未竟之使命，当再给川普机会自己（无可替代）来完成，这就是他当美国第47任总统的原因！

共生史观（相对文明史观、斗争史观）发现：每个身心灵健康且赋有精神体能及生命自组织力与外连接平衡力的个人和群体的存在，不仅是全部文明史的第一个发生学逻辑前提，也是文明形态更新的动力学、勰和学的价值目标！Symbionomics发现：一切革命、改良、改进、改革、革新、维新的目的，都是为了“降本赋能”，而改变生产方式、生活方式、生态方式和思维方式！

从律法之约-福音之约，到共生之约，赋有身心灵自相互作用的人，是宇宙时空意间能量（孞息）转换能效阈值最可几、最高、最美的存在形式，因而人类行为成本与收益消长呈反比例因变量关系，决定了其价值取向必须不偏离其初始终极目标——人的身心灵健康！

走过“自然世”（Naturaropoene）的地球生灵，正遭遇着工商文明高昂成本的超主权、超地缘、超文明的“人类世”（Anthropocene）新问题。为了避免“第六次大灭绝”的命运降临，国际社会亟需直面当代问题的哲学对话，以全新的思维方式和价值取向迈进“地球世”（Earthropoene）。

人类际遇的一切问题，都是交互适应性上出了问题，如果当下交互适应的智慧、勇气和能力不逮，单纯乞求于“科学语境”or“东方神秘主义”or“西方中心主义”or“华夏古已有之论”的所谓高维智慧，都只是为了“攫取特权”的以修辞替代逻辑、以立场遮蔽真相的巫师般的方便法门，是故作高深的巧诈话术！那么，从我们，到地球公民：超越資本主義、民族主義和社會主義资源分配的攫取型壟斷或操纵，走向“存同尊异、生生不息”伙伴关系的共生权范式（Symbiotic Rights Paradigm），势在必行！

共生权范式的旨趣，在于明确人权、事权、物权三位一体：人类各显神通进行科技创新并加以人文规范的意义，无非是创建一个通讯全开放、资源全自足、运载全覆盖趋零边际成本的共生世界，一种全新的生活方式！

所以，Trump总统希望把战时乌克兰交给欧洲和乌克兰自己，把中东和平交给以色列和中东各国自己，美国将集中力量处理解决造成“非法移民”及损害经济全球化之根由问题，以便示范阙立生命至上的交互主体共生（Intersubjective Symbiosism）新文明制序，确保每个国家和地区的政治经济文化事务，由其人民及其领导人自己负责任地处理（这也是MAGA的真实含义，见Trump2018年联合国讲话），从而涌现公民、社会、政府三大生命自组织力与外连接平衡力交互共生态势，创建一个人人自美其美、美人之美、美美与共、全息共生的新世界！

我冒昧地认为，源自1630年Winthrop “the City on a Hill”基督慈爱精神建立的伟大美国，始于1980年代第40任美国总统Ronald Wilson Reagan的Make America Great Again（MAGA）运动的精髓，即是“公民、社会、政府三大生命自组织力与外连接平衡力交互主体共生”，如果说中间走了很长一段时间的弯路，那么，当2016年Trump出任第45任总统时，再次举起MAGA的大旗，到今天Trump2024年奇迹般地当选第47任美国总统，便具体化作“Trump对美国人的 20 个核心承诺”（Trump 20 core promises to Americans）。这是一个历时又共时性的伟大转折！

于是，无论当代美国和世界遭受何种际遇，让我们在共生哲学语境下，针对性地交相应用好五大古金科玉律：

2、银律：己所不欲，勿施于人（Do unto others, do not impose on others.）

３、铜律：己之所欲，乐施于人（To give joy to others as one desires for oneself）

In other words, interactive symbiosis in human behavior is the “great right,” which is civilization; failure to achieve interactive symbiosis is the “great wrong,” which is barbarism.
