问题描述：

二战后以来，国际社会经历了诸多挑战，从1970年代的“世界经济滞胀”，到21世纪的各种“全球性问题”（潘基文所述），这些问题包括气候变化、生物多样性丧失和环境污染三重生态背负，文明冲突、地缘紧张和新技术带来的挑战，特别是现行“世界安全架构”几乎不能保障世界安全。这些问题交织在一起，形成了“人权-主权-工具理性（如UN、NW、AGI）危机”，这一危机可以用“全球生態危机”（Global Ecological  Crisis）来概括。这个危机表明，建立在《威斯特伐利亚和约》（Peace of Westphalia，1648）、《联合国家宣言》（Declaration by United Nations，1942）和《世界人权宣言》（Universal Declaration of Human Rights，1942）基础上的世界秩序，已然需要适时重建。

Problem Description:

The international community has undergone a web of challenges since World War II, from the economic stagflation in the 70s to various global issues in the 21st century as called by Ban Ki-moon, former secretary-general of the UN Among them are the triple ecological burdens of climate change, biodiversity loss, and environmental pollution, compounded by conflicts arising from civilizations, geopolitical tensions, and challenges brought by new technologies. Particularly, the current world security framework can hardly guarantee global security. These intertwined issues have triggered the Sovereignty-Human Rights- UN、NW（核武）、AI Crisis, or, briefly, the global ecological crisis. This indicates that the world order based on the Peace of Westphalia（1648）and the Declaration by United Nations（1942）and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights（1948）, needs to be relaunched to keep pace with the times.

基于此认识，自2012年以来，我们通过“全球共生论坛”（Global Symbiosis Forum，GSF），敦促有意改变现行国际安全构架的国家、国际会议，如类似威斯特伐利亚和会的“XX和平会议”，努力形成国际社会的新共识，达成具有“主权-人权-AI交互主体共生新规则”（New Rules for Sovereignty-Human Rights-AI Intersubjective Symbiosism）意义的《全球共生公约》（The Global Symbiosism Convention），可以发起 “一场为期一年的全球签名运动”，并在“全球共生”共识及《全球共生公约》基础上进行联合国改革，成立“全球共生理事会”（Global Symbiosis Council）。

为此，我们提出了一个新的概念——心联网（Minds Networking），这是一种更高级的息息透明机制。心联网的目标是打通以下不同层面的连接：1.人与人；2.人与AI-AC；3.Token与Token；4.Trust与Trust，并进一步探索量子共轭（Quantum co-reliance）和量子叠加（Quantum superposition）生态的奥秘。通过互联网、物联网和心联网的生态叠加效应，我们将产生量子纠缠和心灵感应交互作用的新发明。

在心联网中，每一个人的“起心动念”（包括真假、善恶、美丑、智愚、正邪、神魔）都会瞬间被不同节点或区块感应和识别，并且综合可行性和可信度评价（Comprehensive feasibility-Credibility Evaluation）将对其进行标识。随后，系统会立即启动相应的激励机制或限制机制。由于心联网与区块链技术的完美对接，这一系统将在经济学上对人类经济行为产生深远影响，自然而然地与作为“市场经济”和“政府经济”托底的“社区经济”相结合，形成三大经济形态相互作用共襄生长的局面。这不仅是技术上的改进，更是一种能够在数字世界中体现共生价值和感觉的方式，是人类或人机通过心灵交互联结的自律方式。此外，三网叠加效应能够实时化解“网络攻击”，以及生化、社区和国别冲突。

这一系列措施旨在推动“人权-主权-AI交互主体共生存在方式”（Human Rights-Sovereignty-AI Intersubjective Symbiosism Style of Existence）的落实。

Solution：

Given such an understanding，We propose a new concept called Minds Networking. This is a higher level of interconnected transparency mechanism.The goal of Minds Networking is to connect various layers:Person to Person、Person to AI-AC、Token to Token、Trust to Trust，It further explores the mysteries of Quantum Co-reliance and Quantum Superposition ecosystems.

Through the ecological superimposition effects of the Internet, the Internet of Things, and Minds Networking, we will generate new inventions involving quantum entanglement and telepathy interactions. In Minds Networking, every “thought and intention” (including truth and falsehood, good and evil, beauty and ugliness, wisdom and folly, righteousness and wickedness, divinity and demonic) will be instantly sensed and recognized by different nodes or blocks. These will be evaluated by the Comprehensive Feasibility-Credibility Evaluation, and the system will immediately activate corresponding incentive or restriction mechanisms.

Due to the perfect integration of Minds Networking with blockchain technology, this system will naturally influence human economic behaviors in economics, seamlessly combining with “market economy,” “government economy,” and the foundational “community economy,” forming an interactive growth scenario among the three economic forms. This is not just a technological improvement but a way to reflect symbiotic values and senses in the digital world, a self-regulation method through spiritual interactions among humans or between humans and machines.Moreover, the superimposition effect of the three networks can resolve “cyber attacks” as well as biochemical, community, and national conflicts in real time.

The synergistic effect of the three networks can effectively mitigate “cyber attacks” in real time, as well as conflicts related to biology, communities, and nations．

新生活方式：

这一新方式强调“小即是美”（Small is beautiful），注重细节、独特性和臻美性。在国家、组织和社区行为中，发挥人的生命自组织力与外连接平衡力，践行“存同尊异，间道竞合”的新理念，在《全球共生公约》的范式中，应对解决轴心时代以来，特别是人类工业革命以来面临的“全球生態危机”（Global Ecological Crisis）和“生活方式创新和再选择”的挑战，提出各显神通切实可行的解决方案，去拥抱一个共生新时代。

最后，在“爱之智慧”发生学（Genetics）、动力學（Dynamics）、恊和學（Synergy）化生新地球文明的过程中，所有当下的Trust（系统、资本、权力）、Token权重平台和操纵者将面临着彻底转变。Trust、Token权重平台及操纵者，都将要么多余，要么转化，化生为生活世界分布式的点线面体圆，对点线面体圆矩阵场（Matrix field）中的自交互作用（Self-Interaction），有生命的个人将重获自然、自由、自在的自足又高能效/低能耗动態平衡之共生链中，尽善尽美的联结起来——人类将从“山巅之城”，迈进人人自美其美、美人之美、美美与共、共襄生活的“共生世界”！

A new way of life:

This new approach, echoing the notion that “Small is beautiful,” focuses on detail, uniqueness, and perfection. In the behaviors of nations, organizations, and communities, it leverages the self-organizing power of human life and the balancing power of external connections, embracing the new concept of “respecting differences while seeking common ground and competing and cooperating via diverse paths.” Within the framework of the Global Symbiosis Pact, this approach aims to address the challenges of the “Global Ecological Crisis” and the “innovation and re-selection of lifestyles” that humanity has been facing since the Axial Age, especially since the Industrial Revolution, by proposing practical and effective solutions to Embracing  a New Era of Symbiosism.

Finally, in the new Earth civilization of “love wisdom,” all current Trust (systems, capital, power), Token-weighted platforms, and manipulators will face complete transformation. Trust, Token-weighted platforms, and manipulators will either be redundant or transformed, giving birth to distributed points, lines, surfaces, and circles, interconnected in the symbiotic chain of dynamic balance with high efficiency/low energy consumption, where living individuals reconnect with nature, freedom, and ease. They will join perfectly together, moving from the “City on the hill” to the “Symbiotic world” where everyone self-beautifies themselves（自美其美）, beautifies others（美人之美）, inter beautifies（美美与共）, and shares living（共襄生活）!
