序言:直面生存的真相

 

在暴力冲突与系统性压迫循环往复的今天,我们必须捅破轴心时代以来一种意识形态话术,直面生存的真相:人类并非孤立的原子,没有一个人是一座孤岛,生命是自组织连接互为存在前提的共生体(Symbiont)。

 

基于公元前8世纪思想家伯阳父“和实生物,同则不继”的箴言,我们发起此公约,旨在重建一个拒绝支配、奴役,拥抱差异的交互主体共生秩序(Intersubjective Symbiotic Order)。

 

第一部分 核心逻辑与哲学前设

 

第一条:从“共同体”向“共生体”的跃迁

 

  1. 定义:传统求同存异的“共同体”(Community)往往追求同一性,易异化为消灭差异的牢笼。我们确认存同尊异的“共生体”(Symbiont)则规定:差异是系统活力的来源
  2. 生成的逻辑(和实生物):只有承认并联结异质的主体(Subject),才能产生交互主体(Intersubjectivity)文明的新生命。
  3. 枯竭的警示(同则不继):任何强制的“一致”或“大统”,都将导致视差异为可支配、奴役对象(Object)而抹杀差异的系统性熵增与活力的死寂,这是所有极权体制不可逃避的宿命。

 

第二条:一元论与多元论、主体与客体、主体间性定义

 

  1. 一元论(Monism):以“同一”抹杀差异,将他者客体化为单一人意志的延伸;多元论(Pluralism):承认差异并存,但若缺乏共生契约,易流于无序的主体间冲突。
  2. 主体(Subject): 拥有主动权、选择权和独立人格的人;客体(Object): 被动接受指令、被使用的“物品”或“工具”。
  3. 主体间性(Intersubjectivity):承认你、我、他(她它祂)皆为生命主体,生命在自组织连接依存交互(对话、激励、竞合)中达成共生

 

第三条:识别并走出轴心时代的两重认知误区

 

  1. 走出“绝对一元主义”:警惕所有以“集体利益”或“乌托邦”为名,将个体客体化(Objectification)为工具的行为。正如吉拉斯在《新阶级》中揭示的:当权力追求绝对的“同”,必然催生出一个剥削他者的特权阶层。
  2. 走出“虚幻多元主义”:多元不应是缺乏灵魂的原子化社会,而必须建立在没有歧视和逆向歧视的“共生责权”底线之上。没有共生约定的多元化,势必生发族群、文明、生态冲突,往往极化为“弱肉强食”的生态战争。

 

第二部分 LIFE-AI-TRUST交互主体共生

 

第四条:LIFE(生命形态)——主体身份的不可剥夺

 

  1. 反客体化原则: 每一个体、每一族裔都是宇宙中特有自组织连接的交互主体(Intersubjectivity)。禁止任何形式的客体化(Objectification)——即禁止将人视为可消耗的数据、可配置的零件或可榨取的资源。
  2. 反奴役底线: 任何体制若将“主体”降格为“客体”,即自动丧失其合法性与存在基础。共生体成员有权且有义务。对这种“文明倒退”进行基于实力的非暴力防御、脱钩与“下课”(Delegitimatization and Removal of Mandate)处理。
  3. 基于实力的非暴力防御:即通过主体觉醒、技术自治与生态脱钩,使暴力支配在逻辑上变得无效,在成本上变得不可承受。

 

第五条:AI(智能形态)——工具理性的共生约束

 

  1. 算法、算意、算德(Gardner 5minds)自洽:克服AI能效与能耗不匹配,缩小系统思维信源-信道-信果局限,意识到数据-算法-算力+神经网络≠爱之智慧(Amorsophia),保守工程谦卑。
  2. 算法伦理锁定:AI必须被设计为促进人类沟通并与人交互主体共生的媒介底线,严禁AI被单一强权,用于其“政治正确”意识形态化的操纵、监控或心理诱导。
  3. 降本赋能:AI的进化方向必须致力于降低个体、族群、文明间的连接、理解门槛,赋能弱势个体与群体,确保智能形态在共生体系中起到“润滑剂”而非“粉碎机”的作用。

 

第六条:TRUST(组织形态)——分布式信用与透明代谢

 

  1. 去中心化信任:建立基于数位信托(Trust-Tech)的透明社会契约,克服“大而无当”官僚体系黑箱运作的“低效、浪费、欺诈”。
  2. 防御“互害机制”: 利用公开、不可篡改的信用谱系,让“坏人、恶人、小人、蠢人”制造的零和博弈行为在阳光下失效。凡是产生“互害效应”的行为,将失去共生体内的资源耦合资格。
  3. “小即是美”的文明趋势:高效、分布、透明的组织形态,消解个体或群体性“犬儒、戾气、躺平(摆烂)”三态,并让“任何统治全世界的帝国政治企图成为事实上的不可能”(《论永久和平》)。

 

第三部分 全球免疫与防御机制

 

第七条:Live and Let Live的动态平衡

 

  1. 生存空间让渡: 承认他者的差异,并主动为他者预留生存空间。这不是恩赐,而是为了系统整体不崩溃而必须遵循的进化智慧。
  2. 暴力排除原则: 共生体拒绝任何以暴力手段强行同化他者的行为。暴力是对共生秩序的最高违约,将面临共生系统全局性的功能剥离。

 

第八条:防御“新阶级”寄生

 

  1. 权力防腐机制:警惕利用“公共利益”话术,建立的任何特权垄断。在共生体中,任何权力的行使必须以“促进交互主体自由”为最终评判标准。
  2. 信息对称权: 为了预防社会寄生阶层的滋生,确保共生体内所有成员拥有平等获取真实信息的权利,防止通过信息操纵建立层级森严的支配体系。
  3. 奖/抑/通技术伦理机制:创建继互联网(NET)解决信息连接、物联网(IoT)解决感知连接之后的第三层信念交互基础设施——愛之智慧心態场/网(Amorsophia MindsField / Network,AM),显现集体潜意识(Collective Unconscious)的“共生效应”(Symbiotic Effect),实时识别 “LIFE-AI-TRUST”一念之间蕴含的价值取向(如天堂、炼狱或地狱),形成人类未来生活方式创新与再选择的奖/抑/通反馈机制。

 

第四部分 愛之智慧(Amorsophia)的实践

 

第九条:建立全球共生教育网络

 

  1. 思维转型: 教育不再是生产“螺丝钉”,而是辅助“发现本心(身心灵健康)、成就本事(博雅通识觉知)、守住本分(全人格)”的交互主体共生型人格成长。
  2. 存同尊异,间道竞合: 养成在极端差异面前仍能维持对话、寻找公因子的智慧、勇气与能力,坚守所有人自美其美、美人之美、美美与共、共生生活(Everyone self-beautifies themselves, beautifies others, inter beautifies, and shares living)的底线。

 

第十条:确立“共生指标”作为文明刻度

 

  1. 经济学的新范式:超越“理性经济人”(亚当斯密经济学)或“行动人”(奥派经济学)及凯恩斯-计划经济,建立人权-事权-物权三位一体“共生权范式”下的“仨自组织人”(人都是自组织政治人、自组织经济人、自组织文化人)概念,走出“市场自由与政府管控周期性世纪钟摆”陷阱。
  2. 创建共生经济学GDE(Gross Development of Ecology / Gross Domestic Efficiency,国民生態总值 / 国民生活效能总值)价值参量:GDE = Σ(GDPi × ηi) ,过滤“无效/无感GDP”。彰显家庭、社区、自然、社会、企业、政府生命(LIFE)-智能(AI)-组织(TRUST)效能臻美共生与否。
  3. 人活得像人:GDE 不仅是财务数据的结算,更是“主体间信任度”生态多样性留存率”的综合体现,旨在让文明的进步回归到“人活得像人”这一本质标尺。

让我们放下自然背负、社会背负和人的身心灵背负三大“生态背负”,避免市场滞胀、政府赤胀、自我膨胀,自觉限制人类文明的足迹。科技、人文、哲学相向而行,纾缓现行轴心文明的熵增效应,自觉限制人类文明的地球足跡,超越民族主义、资本主义、社会主义,引領地球公民創新生活方式——进入通讯全开放、资源全自足、运载全通畅趋零边际成本的全球共生新时代。

何为实力?

 

交互主体共生智慧讲的实力,不再是传统意义上用于“支配、操纵、榨取”性暴力,而是由 LIFE-AI-TRUST 耦合而成的三种硬核力量:

 

  1. 认知的实力: 能够穿透意识形态谎言,识别“客体化”陷阱。当邪灵的话术失效,它的统治根基就开始瓦解。
  2. 技术的实力: 利用去中心化的 TRUST 机制建立不依赖于强权的生存系统(如资讯全开放、资源全自足、运载全覆盖)。这种“脱钩”的能力,就是最强大的非暴力威慑。
  3. 联结的实力: 交互主体之间形成的“共生效应”。当每一个个体都守住主体本分并相互滋养时,任何单极霸权都无法通过“分而治之”来奴役系统。

Preamble: Facing the Truth of Existence

 

In an era of recurring violent conflict and systemic oppression, we must pierce through the ideological veils of the Axial Age. We must face the fundamental truth: humans are not isolated atoms; no one is an island. Life is a Symbiotic Entity of self-organized connectivity, where each presence is the prerequisite for another’s existence.

Based on the 8th-century BCE wisdom of Boyang Fu“Harmony generates, sameness stifles”—we launch this Covenant. Our goal is to reconstruct an Intersubjective Symbiotic Order that rejects dominance and enslavement while embracing difference.

 

Part I: Core Logic and Philosophical Foundations

 

Article 1: The Transition from “Community” to “Symbiont”

  1. Definition: Traditional “Communities” (Community) often seek uniformity, easily devolving into cages that extinguish diversity. We affirm the “Symbiont” (Symbiont), which stipulates: Difference is the source of systemic vitality.
  2. The Generative Logic (Harmony Generates): New life in intersubjective civilization arises only by recognizing and connecting heterogeneous Subjects.
  3. The Warning of Exhaustion (Sameness Stifles): Any enforced “Uniformity” leads to the Objectification of difference as something to be dominated. This results in systemic entropy and the death of vitality—an inescapable fate for all totalitarian regimes.

Article 2: Definitions of Monism, Pluralism, Subjectivity, and Intersubjectivity

  1. Monism: Erases difference through “Sameness,” objectifying others as extensions of a single person’s will. Pluralism: Acknowledges coexisting differences, but without a symbiotic covenant, it often descends into disordered conflict.
  2. Subject: A person possessing agency, autonomy, and independent personality. Object: A “thing” or “tool” that passively receives instructions and is utilized.
  3. Intersubjectivity: Recognizing that “You, I, and They” (in all forms) are all living subjects. Life achieves Symbiosis through self-organized interdependence and interaction (dialogue, incentive, and co-opetition).

Article 3: Identifying and Transcending the Dual Cognitive Traps of the Axial Age

  1. Transcending “Absolute Monism”: We must remain vigilant against any action that, in the name of “Collective Interest” or “Utopia,” results in the Objectification of individuals into mere tools. As Milovan Djilas revealed in The New Class (1957): when power pursues absolute “Sameness,” it inevitably spawns a privileged class that exploits others.
  2. Transcending “Illusory Pluralism”: Pluralism should not manifest as a soul-less, atomized society. It must be established on the foundational “Symbiotic Rights and Responsibilities” without discrimination or reverse discrimination. Pluralism without a symbiotic covenant inevitably triggers ethnic, civilizational, and ecological conflicts, often polarizing into the “Law of the Jungle” and “Ecological Wars.”

 

Part II: LIFE-AI-TRUST Intersubjective Symbiosis

 

Article 4: LIFE (Lifeforms) — The Inalienable Subjective Identity

  1. Anti-Objectification Principle: Every individual and ethnic group is a unique intersubjective subject. We prohibit any form of Objectification—the treatment of humans as consumable data, configurable parts, or extractable resources.
  2. The Anti-Enslavement Bottom Line: Any system that reduces a “Subject” to an “Object” automatically loses its legitimacy. Symbiont members have the right and duty to engage in Power-Based Non-Violent Defense, decoupling, and the Removal of Mandate (Delegitimatization) against such civilizational regression.
  3. Power-Based Non-Violent Defense: Making violent dominance logically invalid and cost-prohibitive through subjective awakening, technological autonomy, and ecological decoupling.

Article 5: AI (Intelligence Forms) — The Symbiotic Constraint on Instrumental Reason

  1. Alignment of Algorithm, Intent, and Ethics (Gardner’s 5 Minds): Overcoming the mismatch between AI efficiency and energy consumption. Recognizing that Data + Algorithm + Computing Power + Neural Networks ≠ Amorsophia (Wisdom of Love). We maintain “Engineering Humility.”
  2. Ethical Tethering: AI must be designed as a medium for human communication and intersubjective symbiosis. We strictly prohibit AI being used by any unipolar power for ideological manipulation, surveillance, or psychological induction.
  3. Empowerment via Lowering Costs: AI must strive to lower the barriers to connection and understanding between cultures, empowering marginalized individuals and groups.

Article 6: TRUST (Organizational Forms) — Distributed Credit and Transparent Metabolism

  1. Decentralized Trust: Establishing transparent social contracts based on Trust-Tech to overcome the inefficiency and fraud inherent in opaque, oversized bureaucracies.
  2. Defense against “Mutual-Harm Mechanisms”: Utilizing immutable credit spectra to render zero-sum behaviors by “bad, evil, or foolish actors” ineffective. Those who generate “mutual-harm effects” lose their qualification for resource coupling within the symbiont.

Article 7: The Dynamic Balance of “Live and Let Live”

  1. The Ceding of Survival Space: Recognizing the differences of others and proactively reserving survival space for them. This is not a gesture of charity, but an evolutionary wisdom necessary to prevent the collapse of the entire system.
  2. The Principle of Violence Exclusion: The Symbiont rejects any attempt to forcibly assimilate others through violent means. Violence constitutes the highest breach of the symbiotic order and will result in a global functional decoupling (disconnection) from the symbiotic system.

 

Part III: Global Immunity and Defense Mechanisms

 

Article 8: Defense against “New Class” Parasitism

  1. Anti-Corruption of Power: Alertness toward any monopoly of privilege built upon the rhetoric of “Public Interest.” The exercise of power must be judged solely by its ability to “promote intersubjective freedom.”
  2. The Right to Information Symmetry: To prevent the emergence of social parasitic classes, all members possess the equal right to access authentic information, preventing the establishment of hierarchies through information manipulation.
  3. The Amorsophia MindsField (AM): Creating a third layer of “Belief Interaction Infrastructure” beyond the Internet (NET) and IoT. This MindsField manifests the “Symbiotic Effect” of the collective unconscious, identifying the ethical value (Heaven, Purgatory, or Hell) within the LIFE-AI-TRUST framework to provide feedback for civilizational choices.

 

Part IV: The Practice of Amorsophia (Wisdom of Love)

 

Article 9: Establishing a Global Symbiotic Education Network

  1. Transformation of Mindset: Education is no longer the production of “cogs in a machine.” Instead, it is the cultivation of an intersubjective symbiotic personality characterized by: Discovering the True Heart (physical, mental, and spiritual health), Achieving Competence (liberal arts awareness), and Maintaining Integrity (the whole personality).
  2. Seeking Commonality while Respecting Difference: Cultivating the wisdom, courage, and capacity to maintain dialogue and find common factors in the face of extreme differences. We uphold the bottom line where “Everyone self-beautifies themselves, beautifies others, inter-beautifies, and shares living.”

Article 10: Establishing “Symbiosis Indicators” as the Scale of Civilization

  1. GDE (Gross Development of Ecology / Domestic Efficiency): We replace GDP with GDE = Σ(GDPi × ηi). This filters out “ineffectual GDP” and highlights the symbiotic health of Family, Community, Nature, and Society.
  2. Living as a Human Being: GDE is not just a financial tally, but a synthesis of “Intersubjective Trust” and “Ecological Diversity Retention.” It ensures that civilizational progress returns to the essential metric: “Humans living like humans.”

 

Conclusion: May We Have a Habitable Planet!

 

Let us lay down the three “Ecological Burdens”—the burdens of nature, society, and the human spirit. Let us avoid the traps of market stagflation, governmental overreach, and ego inflation, and consciously limit the footprint of human civilization.

Science, humanities, and philosophy must march toward one another to alleviate the entropy of our current Axial Civilization. By transcending Nationalism, Capitalism, and Socialism, we shall lead the citizens of Earth to innovate a new way of life—entering a New Era of Global Symbiosis characterized by fully open communication, total resource self-sufficiency, and seamless transportation with near-zero marginal costs.

May we possess the five great attributes to sense, prepare for, and participate in these changes:

  • Passion for selfless contribution;
  • Vision of profound insight;
  • Mission of luminous compassion;
  • Expansion that transcends time and space;
  • Action that moves forward without hesitation.

Appendix: What is “Power” (实力)?

In the wisdom of Intersubjective Symbiosis, “Power” is no longer the traditional violence used for “dominance, manipulation, or extraction.” Instead, it consists of three hard-core forces coupled by LIFE-AI-TRUST:

  1. Cognitive Power: The ability to see through ideological lies and recognize “Objectification” traps. When the rhetoric of evil fails, its foundation of rule crumbles.
  2. Technological Power: Using decentralized TRUST mechanisms to build survival systems independent of unipolar power (open information, self-sufficient resources). This ability to “Decouple” is the most potent non-violent deterrent.
  3. Connective Power: The “Symbiotic Effect” formed between subjects. When every individual maintains their subjective integrity and nourishes one another, no unipolar hegemony can enslave the system through “divide and rule.”
