China is neither “Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” (since 1980), nor “Capitalism with Chinese Characteristics” (since 1992), nor “Statism with Chinese Characteristics” (since 2012). It has not fundamentally moved beyond the traditional “family–state unity” structure, and thus presents a non-typical form of modern statehood. If one must name it, it is closer to a form of “Colonial Officialism”—in contrast to a colony, this is an internally generated structure of domination formed through the long-standing alliance of intellectual, political, and economic elites. Since the Qin dynasty, despite dynastic changes, this structure has been continuously reproduced within the cultural matrix of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Daoism, constituting an institutional continuity spanning over two millennia.

既不是中国特色社会主义（1980），也不是中国特色资本主义（1992），更不是中国特色国家主义（2012），中国并没有从传统的“家国主义”走出来，是一个非正常现代国家——一个殖官地（相对于殖民地），因此，实在要说中国是什么主义的话，那就是“中国特色殖官主义”，而且自秦以降至今，无论如何改朝换代，儒、释、道家国文化中生长出来知识精英、权力精英、财富精英联盟，产生了一种跨越2500年的殖官主义体制。
